Transfer tooling

Transfer tooling is used when automating part transfer is necessary due to high production volumes, part size, or design complexity. If progression tooling isn't suitable, transfer tooling provides an effective alternative.
This method can involve multiple single operation tools with parts moved between presses or a single tool with a built-in transfer mechanism for use in one press.
